First Aid at Work – Three day block course
This workplace first aid course takes place over a block of three days, and provides first aid training for people who are required to be first aiders within their workplace.
This workplace first aid course takes place over a block of three days, and provides first aid training for people who are required to be first aiders within their workplace.
Areas covered by this course include
- Incident and casualty management.
- Recovery positions.
- CPR, and defibrillator overview.
- Wounds and bleeding.
- The course syllabus is as specified by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and is fully compliant with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.
Assessment
Learners will be continually assessed throughout the duration of the course, with successful candidates receiving a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work certificate. This is valid for a period of 3 years.

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at work qualification is designed for anyone who needs to or would like to be an accredited first aider in the workplace.
